Delivery Partners We partner with reliable transport and courier agencies to ensure timely deliveries. However, Namoska is not liable for delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address information. If an order needs to be reshipped due to address issues, customers will be responsible for re-shipping charges and any related penalties.

Delivery Timeframes Orders are typically delivered within 4-6 working days from the date of shipment. All orders are dispatched using trusted carriers and delivered to your doorstep.

Shipping Address To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a complete shipping address, including the pin code or zip code. The billing address should match the address where you receive your credit card bills, while the shipping address is where your order will be delivered.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Charges If an exchange is requested due to size issues or dissatisfaction with the product, the customer will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping charges.

Our Preferred Courier Partners Namoska utilizes the services of reputable transport and courier agencies, including FedEx, EcomExpress, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Dotzot. These agencies ensure delivery within 48-72 hours in major Indian cities.

Alternate Shipping Options If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact us at namoska2025@gmail.com. Special shipping quotes may be provided for bulk or large merchandise orders upon request.

Split Shipments For multiple orders, deliveries may be split based on product availability and shipping locations.

Product Origin All our products are shipped from India.

Refunds and Returns Due to Shipping Delays Namoska does not provide refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges solely due to carrier agency shipping delays. However, at our discretion, store credit may be offered for future purchases.

Delay Notification If an order is delayed due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, Namoska will notify you via email.

Shipment Time The estimated shipment time for each product is indicative and subject to change. For accurate shipment details, please email us with your order number or item codes.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement, and the expected delivery time is 4-6 business days under standard conditions.

Transit Risk All orders shipped by Namoska are fully insured at no extra cost. If an order is lost during transit, Namoska will reprocess the order. However, we are not responsible for lost packages or damages once the carrier agency delivers them to the customer's address.

Tracking Your Shipment Once the package is dispatched, Namoska will provide shipment details via email, including the courier agency’s website, tracking number, and expected delivery date. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to activate on the carrier’s website.

Request for Address Change If you need to change your delivery address, please email us at namoska2025@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Ready to Ship Section Our Ready to Ship section allows last-minute orders to be delivered within 4-6 business days.

Delays While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will not be provided for shipping delays. However, store credit or special benefits may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

If delays occur due to stock unavailability or other reasons, we will notify you via email.

Custom Duties (International Orders) For international orders, customs duties or import charges may apply as per your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
